Whether you're a beginner or a competent user, our PCKOP service has something for you!

If you have never used a computer, but would like to have a go.......

....we can provide you with two hour demonstration sessions to help get you started.

Your sessions include an introduction to the equipment and the chance to experience the internet, emailing, and other practical uses for yourself.

Your demonstration can take place at our computer suite in Huyton, or in your own home if you find it difficult to travel. Alternatively, you could attend one of our local sessions.

If you are already familiar with personal computers .....

....why not pass on some of your skills by becoming a Volunteer IT Mentor.

We can provide you with the training and equipment you will need to deliver the demonstration sessions to new users.

You will need to be willing to travel to Huyton or one of our PCKOP session in locations across Knowsley and give a minimum of 2 hrs per week, but you can be sure that your efforts will be helping others to take their first steps into the world of computing!
